DULLES, Va., January 30, 2008 – Stellar Satellite Communications Ltd. (Stellar), a wholly owned subsidiary of ORBCOMM, Inc.(NASDAQ: ORBC), today announced an agreement  with American Innovations (AI) - Field Data Division, whereby AI will  purchase  Stellar  satellite modems  for use in AI’s Bullhorn remote monitoring system further strengthening its relationship with Stellar.

Zvi Huber, General Manager of Stellar, said “American Innovations is a leader in monitoring applications for oil & gas and water and we are proud to be chosen to fill their requirement for satellite communications devices.” He continued, “With this announcement, AI has made a commitment to our modems, and we look forward to providing them with low-cost, highly-reliable satellite communications products for a long time to come”.

Bullhorn remote monitoring is a low-cost, reliable, telemetry system used in a wide variety of markets and applications. It allows remote industrial equipment to communicate information and alarms without human intervention. The Bullhorn system has been deployed by many major oil and gas companies in North America. Customers are monitoring cathodic protection systems, gas flow meters, storage tanks, compressors, site security, and much more. Other industries such as agriculture, water and wastewater management are also using the Bullhorn system to monitor various types of equipment.

Stellar modems are designed for machine to machine (M2M) communications and are manufactured by Delphi Electronics and Safety (Delphi) and feature automotive grade quality and reliability.  All of Stellar’s products are designed and engineered for use on the ORBCOMM Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite network.
